This new urban infill mixed-use development was designed for Standard Pacific Homes. The building includes 116 market-rate condominiums, 11,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and a 232-car semi-subterranean parking garage. The condominiums are arranged around four courtyards, each containing a special feature such as a barbeque or garden. A fountain occupies the center of the main walkways that bisect the complex.
