This new 73-unit low-income apartment complex near downtown Los Angeles was designed for Thomas Safran & Associates.  This project includes a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units, ranging in size from 600 to 1,400 square feet.  A semi-subterranean parking garage takes advantage of the sloping site.  A large community room with a kitchen was included in order to enhance the daily lives of the tenants.  (with Withee Malcolm Architects)
