David Lewis earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from
California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1994. He
completed his internship in Philadelphia where he practiced with Bower
Lewis Thrower Architects, and Buell Kratzer Powell, Ltd., working on
various types of projects, including hospitality, civic, community, and
multi-family housing commissions. In 1999, he returned to California
where he worked with Withee Malcolm Architects on mixed-use, urban
in-fill and low-income housing projects. Since moving to Michigan in
2005, David has worked on libraries, medical, commercial, and
residential projects. David is a member and serves on the board of the
Huron Valley Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. In 2009,
the chapter gave David its Emerging Architect Award for exceptional
accomplishments and contributions to the profession. David is licensed
to practice architecture in California, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Bonnie Greenspoon earned her Bachelor of Technology degree from
Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, and her Master of Architecture
degree from the University of Michigan in 1992. Since graduating, she
completed her internship at Ann Arbor Architects Collaborative and
Angelini and Associates, and worked as chief designer at David Milling
Architects and as project architect at Quinn Evans Architects. Bonnie
has over 17 years of experience working on a range of building types,
including schools, churches, libraries, single and multi-family
residences, medical office suites, veterinary hospitals, and master
plans. Bonnie has also taught architectural design at the University of
Michigan where she has also served as visiting critic. Bonnie is a
member of the Huron Valley Chapter of the American Institute of
Architects, a LEED Accredited Professional, and is licensed to practice
architecture in the State of Michigan.
