Lewis Greenspoon Architects designed the addition and renovation for this existing three-story, 78-unit low-income senior apartment complex for Thomas Safran & Associates. The community room was expanded, a new larger kitchen was created, new fitness room, restrooms, and managers unit were enlarged. An addition to the office and entry created a covered front porch for residents to sit outside.
